About us

ZENMA offers matcha and accessories for your matcha routine. Choose between two distinct flavour profiles and complement your preparation with suitable tools.

Discover NAGI and LÁN

NAGI comes from Shizuoka and Kagoshima in Japan. Its product profile is floral and velvety, with subtle umami. LÁN comes from Jiangsu in China and has a nutty, toasty and creamy profile. The product pages describe origin, cultivars, processing and preparation.

Choose your packaging and preparation

Both varieties are available in a 30 g tin and as a 30 g refill. Each Everyday Set contains one tin and two 30 g refills, 90 g in total. The Matcha Duo contains one 30 g tin of NAGI and one 30 g tin of LÁN, 60 g in total.

How is my order delivered?

We ship with DHL

We always ship insured parcels with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel's progress.

You can also have your order delivered to a convenient DHL Packstation near you.

For smooth delivery, please enter both your Postnummer and the Packstation number . The Packstation's street address is not required!

DHL will notify you when your parcel has been deposited, and you can collect it around the clock.

Reliable matcha shipping with reduced emissions

We ship your order quickly and reliably with DHL. Within Germany, your parcel usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days .

Fast order processing: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4 pm are processed and dispatched on the same day.
Weekend service: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are handed to DHL the following Monday.
Insured shipping with reduced emissions: All parcels are automatically insured with DHL Parcel and shipped with DHL GoGreen Plus to reduce CO₂ emissions.

International shipping:

Expected delivery within the EU and to Switzerland is 3 to 7 working days. Current shipping costs and available delivery countries are clearly shown in the checkout before you place your order. Different conditions may apply to individual regions.

Can I return my order?

Our return service for unopened goods

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, email service@zenma-matcha.com and include your order number. We will explain the next steps.

We cover return shipping within Germany. Once we receive the complete returned goods, we check their condition. If everything is in order, we refund the full product price of the returned items.

We process received returns within 3 business days and then send you a processing acknowledgement. The refund is generally made to your original payment method within 7 business days of that acknowledgement.

These terms describe our additional return service. Your statutory withdrawal rights, statutory refund deadlines and rights in relation to faulty goods remain unaffected. Where legally required, eligible costs of the original standard delivery are also refunded. Statutory refunds are subject to the statutory deadlines, not an extended processing period under this service.

Free return shipping is promised here for Germany only. For returns from other countries, please contact us by email first for instructions; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
