Our return service for unopened goods

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, email service@zenma-matcha.com and include your order number. We will explain the next steps.

We cover return shipping within Germany. Once we receive the complete returned goods, we check their condition. If everything is in order, we refund the full product price of the returned items.

We process received returns within 3 business days and then send you a processing acknowledgement. The refund is generally made to your original payment method within 7 business days of that acknowledgement.

These terms describe our additional return service. Your statutory withdrawal rights, statutory refund deadlines and rights in relation to faulty goods remain unaffected. Where legally required, eligible costs of the original standard delivery are also refunded. Statutory refunds are subject to the statutory deadlines, not an extended processing period under this service.

Free return shipping is promised here for Germany only. For returns from other countries, please contact us by email first for instructions; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
