Delivery to a DHL Packstation

You can also have your order delivered to a convenient DHL Packstation near you.

For smooth delivery, please enter both your Postnummer and the Packstation number . The Packstation's street address is not required!

Example address:

• Name: Your first and last name
• Additional address line: Your personal Postnummer
• Street: Enter the word Packstation followed by the station number (e.g. Packstation 123)
• Postcode & town: The postcode and town of your chosen Packstation

DHL will notify you when your parcel has been deposited, and you can collect it around the clock.

We ship your order quickly and reliably with DHL. Within Germany, your parcel usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days .

• Fast order processing: Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4 pm are processed and dispatched on the same day.

• Weekend service: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are handed to DHL the following Monday.

• Insured shipping with reduced emissions: All parcels are automatically insured with DHL Parcel and shipped with DHL GoGreen Plus to reduce CO₂ emissions.

International shipping:

Expected delivery within the EU and to Switzerland is 3 to 7 working days. Current shipping costs and available delivery countries are clearly shown in the checkout before you place your order. Different conditions may apply to individual regions.
